Malaysia Arika High-rise Apartment Project was awarded to Yanjian

backYanjian Group Construction (Malaysia)Sdn.Bhd lately received the letter of acceptance of Malaysia Arika High-rise Apartment Project.
The project,developed by Penang Malvest Group, is located in Kota Kinabalu, capital of Kelantan State,Malaysia,with the bidding price of RM129,290,000(RMB approximate 200,040,000 yuan).It is made up of a 42-floor service apartment and a 15-floor podium building, with the construction area and height respectively 89800 ㎡and 156.3 m. The project is to commence on April 22 and the construction duration is 30 months.
It is the first one that Yanjian contracted in North Malaysia Market and will be the landmark building of the Kelantan State’s capital after completion.Furthermore, this employer is our new client after IOI Corporation Berhad and by contracting this project,it will facilitate deeper exploit of North Malaysia Market,enlarge the brand effect of Yanjian, and lay a solid foundation for Yanjian’s long-term progress in Malaysia.
