Vice President Yu Chunyang,inspected the Arika High-rise Apartment Project

backMalaysia, April 27,2024----Yu Chunyang,Vice President of Yanjian,the Arika High-rise Apartment Project located in Kota Kinabalu, capital of Kelantan State,Malaysia and signed the Strategic Partnership Agreement with his counterpart.
Mr.YB Hilmi Abdullah, the Director of Environment and Housing Department of Kelantan State witnessed the signing of this agreement and particularly referred to the rank and strength of Yanjian Group in global construction industry. He expressed his expectation that Yanjian can bring Kelantan State affluent construction experiences and advanced technology and believed that this project would become the landmark and local residents could benefit from this project.
Vice president Yu held an in-depth exchange with Chen Jianwen, principal of Malvest Group about construction, targeted customers and sales of the project. Both sides showed the confidences and expectations on long-term cooperation.
