Yanjian Receives A Letter of Thanks from IOI

backOn January 12, 2023, Alanis Soho, the Malaysian IOI Sepang project contracted by Yanjian Group, was successfully completed and passed the completion acceptance. The construction area of the project is 190000 square meters. There are four 35 storey apartments with a height of 114 meters. The project was started on October 15, 2018. The project team overcame the adverse effects of the COVID-19 and various difficulties and successfully completed the project.
On January 13, Yanjian Group Malaysia Co., Ltd. received a letter of thanks from the general manager of IOI Real Estate Development Group in Malaysia. IOI Real Estate Development Group is one of the top three real estate companies in Malaysia. IOI Group fully affirmed the project quality management level and professionalism of Yanjian's project team in the letter of thanks, thanked Yanjian for successfully completing the work within the contract period, its unremitting efforts and hard work, and looked forward to more long-term commercial cooperation between the two parties in the future.
