Yanjian won the bid of the Malaysia Covo Residences Project

backOn March 20,2024,Yanjian Group Construction（Malaysia）Sdn Bhd received the Letter of Acceptance of the Malaysia Covo Residences Project with the bidding price of RM132,940,000（ about RMB206,050,000yuan).
The project,developed by Malaysia IOI Properties Group Berhad, is a building complex consisting of a 38-floor main building, a 7-floor apartment and a 7-floor garage. It is located in Bandar 16 Sierra, Selangor, Malaysia and its total building area is around 11000 square meter as the height is 119.30meter. The construction period of the project is 30 months,which will commence on March 25, 2024.
That the bid of the project was awarded manifests the recognition and affirmation of Brand “Yanjian” by Malaysia market, it is also the fruit that the International Company,based on its market position ,dedicated to exploiting the market under the right strategic direction. All above will lay a solid foundation for Yanjian to deepen the Malaysia Market.
