Construction of the project started on October 4, 2017 and the main construction was completed in July 2019 and completed successfully on December 28, 2021 . On March 3, 2022, the completion acceptance organized by the Ministry of Commerce was recognized as an excellent project by the Ministry of Commerce. During the implementation of the project, which coincided with the outbreak of COVID-19 overseas, all the construction workers practiced Yanjian culture, and with no less will and effort than anyone else, they persisted in the construction despite the difficulties. It took four years to finally secure the quality and quantity of the project's delivery.

Yanjian Group has included the project as a key award project for 2023. During the project implementation phase, a quality management plan was organized for the project and an award creation implementation plan was developed. In response to the change of two months in advance of the application deadline for 2023, Chief Engineer of Yanjian Liang Wenbo organized relevant departments of Yanjian Group to provide full process guidance for the Luban Prize application work of the project, clarify division of labor, implement responsibilities, and successfully pass on-site expert Q&A, ultimately winning the award.
