Yanjian Group Wins the Bid for the Arina High-rise Apartment Phase II Project in Malaysia

backOn August 15th, 2023, Yanjian Group Construction (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. received a bid winning notice of the Arina High-rise Apartment Phase II Project in Malaysia with a bid winning price of RM 68,258,900 (approximately RMB 107.20 million).
The project was developed by IOI Properties Group Berhad (“ IOIPG”) in Malaysia with a building area of 62,000 ㎡ covering two high-rise residential buildings and a parking lot. Yanjian was contracted phase I of the project and awarded phase II with its advantages such as contract compliance, good faith, high quality, speedy progress, reasonable price as well as safe and civilized construction after multiple reasonable and convincing negotiations with the developer during the tendering process under guidance of its adherence to price and cost bottom line.
Winning of the project has laid a solid foundation for Yanjian Group to continue expanding in-depth cooperation with IOIPG as Yanjian’s major client and exploring the Malaysian market.
