backRecently, Yanjian Malaysia received a letter of thanks from Malaysia IOI real estate development group. IOI real estate development group is one of the top three real estate companies in Malaysia. The letter fully affirmed the engineering quality management level of the group's puchong 326 high-rise apartment project undertaken by our company, and especially stressed that the project won the high score of 85 points in the construction quality evaluation system of the National Construction Development Bureau of Malaysia in the completion acceptance in June 2021, which is the highest score in the history of IOI real estate development group.IOI thanks Yanjian for our unremitting efforts and hard work. The project has a construction area of 89000 square meters, a total of 32 floors and a height of 114 meters.
