Recently, Person-in-Charge of Yanjian South Pacific Liu Anzhi has separately signed three construction contracts with representatives from Fiji New Nakasi Police Office, New Lautoka Police Office and New Ba Court, and the total cost is Fiji Dollars 91,270,000.00( about RMB 0.297 billion Yuan).

 New NAKASI Police Office is located in ADI DAVILA Road of Nakasi town, which covers an area of 12439 square meters, and the building area is 4515 square meters. The contract cost is 35,864,219.84 Fiji dollars. The construction duration is 85 weeks.

New LUTOKA Police Office is located in Lautoka, the biggest industrial city of Fiji. With a building area of 5400 square meters, this project includes main works, installation works, external works, etc. The contract cost is 29,843,964.48 Fiji Dollars. The construction duration is 85 weeks.

 New BA court is located in Clopcott Street, BA province, Fiji , covering an area of 3289.33 square meters and a building area of 4339.4 square meters. The construction works of the new court includes main works, installation works, external works, etc. The contract cost is 25,563,566.06 Fiji dollars, and the construction duration is 64 weeks.

 Above-mentioned 3 projects are the major projects of the new government of Fiji, which has a far-reaching significance to Yanjian Group for its further development in Fiji and South Pacific region, and will enhance the international image of “Yanjian” brand.
