IOI Group Visits the Rio City Phase 3 Undertaken by Yanjian

backOn November 21, 2023 local time, the general managers of various regional companies under the Malaysian IOI Real Estate Group visited the site of the Rio City Phase III project undertaken by Yanjian Group, accompanied by the Assistant General Manager of Yanjian International Miao Tiantian and the Project Manager Wang Haochen.
At the project site, IOI Real Estate Group and its team observed and learned about the project's hydraulic integral lift exterior climbing frame, post-tensioned pre-stressed floor structure, safe and civilized construction management and engineering quality. They highly praised Yanjian's outstanding strength, leading technology and excellent management in the local construction sector in Malaysia.
The third phase of the Rio City project in Malaysia has a construction area of 161600 square meters and a building height of 125.75 meters. It was a tall and difficult project, and construction officially began on March 1, 2023, with a total construction period of three years.
