Defence Minister of Fiji attends the Ground-Breaking Ceremony of Lautoka Police Office Contracted

On local time July 24, 2019, Fiji New Lautoka Polic Office observed a ground-breaking ceremony. Minister for Defence, National Security and Foreign Affairs of Fiji Inia Seruiaratu, Chief Commissioner Sitiveni Qiliho, Person-in-Charge of Yanjian Fiji Co., Ltd. Li Peng, Project Manager of New Lautoka Police Office Yuan Chunjun and more than 100 local people attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Inia Seruiaratu inaugurated the project with Sitiveni Qiliho, he expressed the best wishes and support to Yanjian Group and digged the first shovel of dirt by excavator.

The New Lautoka Police Office is the most important project of the Fiji Government in 2019, which is located in the west region of Fiji, with a covering area of 7000 square meters and a building area of 4515 square meters. The construction duration is 85 weeks, and the employer is the Fiji General Administration of Police. After completed the police office will be the most well-equipped one in the region, which will play an important role in social stability in the west region of Fiji.
