Fijian Prime Minister Attends Opening Ceremony of Vodafone Stadium

At local time of November 8, 2019, Opening Ceremony of Fiji Vodafone National Stadium constructed by Yanjian Group was grandly observed. Fijian Prime Minister Josaia V. Bainimarama, Chinese Ambassador to Fiji Qian Bo, Fiji Sports Minister Laisenia Bale Tuitubou, Ambassadors and representatives from various countries and local business people, in a total of 500 people, attended the ceremony. Person-in-Charge of Branches of Yanjian Group in South Pacific Region Liu Anzhi, Person-in-Charge of Yanjian Group (Fiji) Co., Ltd., Project Manager Luan Xuguang and other representatives from the project department, in a total of 20 people, were invited to attend the ceremony.


At the ceremony, President of Fiji Association of Sports Peter Mazey gave an opening speech and expressed heartfelt thanks to Yanjian Group. Fijian Prime Minister Josaia V. Bainimarama gave an important speech at the ceremony, and he expressed appreciation to Yanjian Group again for their significant contribution during the construction. After beating an opening drum as the tradition of Fiji, Bainimarama inspected the stadium and unveil it. The guests attending the ceremony praised the Stadium with first-class quality and advanced facilities, and praised the construction level of Yanjian Group.
